Improve your health and fitness by tracking macros. As part of my recovery from an eating disorder, I discovered that tracking macros helped me learn how to fuel my body for my workouts while developing a healthy relationship with food.

That’s how I came up with Built by Boltz: an integrated nutrition and fitness coaching program for female surfers who want to improve performance, boost confidence, and stay injury-free—on land and in the water.

    My biggest accomplishment was learning to be more conscientious of eating and taking care of myself through what I eat. You even encouraged me on my bad days to get back up and focus on getting as much protein as I could. I’m human and just like humans, we all have bad days.
