The meal plan is more of a guide. Make swaps as needed to make sure that you feel your best! For example, if you’re vegan, my avocado toast recipe may not work for you so feel free to swap in tofu for the eggs!
It’s not about getting it 100%, it’s about getting inspired to live a healthier life.
