5 Minute Lentil Dip

In need of a snack or something easy to bring to a party? Look no further than this lentil dip! I got the recipe from a friend who made it for every gathering. It’s so easy and flavorful, plus it has a decent amount of fiber and protein to keep you full!

Lentil Dip:

1 package of Trader Joe’s Steamed Lentils

1 jar of Trader Joe’s Bruschetta topping

2-3 oz Feta Cheese (or measure with your heart if macros aren’t a concern for you!)

Combine ingredients in a bowl or tupperware container. Cover and let it sit for a minimu of 2 hours or overnight.

Serve with crackers, pita chips, or halved mini bell peppers for extra veg!
