I’m so excited to announce that I’ve created a mini-course to help you learn about macros so that you can feel confident in your nutrition choices as well as your body.

The course includes 5 videos that detail what macronutrients are and how they contribute to your health and fitness, how to calculate your needs, and how to pick the right ratio of carbs, fats, and protein based on your style of workout.

You’ll also receive access to a PDF that provides the information from the course as well as journaling pages with prompts to make the most of your experience.
