Balance Board Workout

Take your surf workouts to the next level with a balance board! This is a great tool to practice your balance for the waves and to keep you in surf shape during a flat season. All you need is 5-10 minutes a day to see the benefits in your surfing within a few sessions. I’ve also seen the benefits of improving my balance in my weightlifting so this baby is one of my favorites!
