Built Strong: Leg Day Workout
We love the legs! I’ve written you a super fun workout and created a demo video so you know what you’re doing. The main movement here is the back squat. The back squat is a compound exercise that works your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and core muscles. We want to include as many compound movements in our training as possible to maximize our results. If you’re a surfer, you need to be doing these exercises to build up your leg strength. This will help to protect your knees while simultaneously increasing your ability to pump your legs and carve up the waves.
