Tracking macros helps you build awareness of what servings of protein, carbs, and fats look like. Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll layer in habits to help you become your healthiest, most confident and energetic self. I’ve witnessed this first hand. Back in 2018, I was very sick with my eating disorder and my world was shrinking fast. I didn’t feel confident, I was tired all of the time, scared of certain foods and food groups. I started working with a coach during treatment and took a flexible approach to counting macros. This blew my mind! I learned that food doesn’t get stored differently based on if it was deemed “good” or “bad”. I came alive again, pursuing my goals, dreaming bigger, and feeling the best I’d ever felt. I want that feeling for you.
