7 Days of Stoke Challenge!
Happy week-between-Christmas-and-New-Years-where-you-don’t-know-what-day-it-is! I hope you had a wonderful holiday. I’m looking ahead to January and I’ve decided to do a FREE fitness and wellness challenge!
It’s a week of surf-inspired workouts designed to target every muscle in the body. We’ll do strength days as well as conditioning days so that you can feel confident in your ability to paddle out. Or just feel confident in your skin! Let’s be honest, if you grew up in the era of Blue Crush, you remember coveted surfer bodies.
In addition to daily workouts, you’ll also receive a 7-day meal plan that includes recipes filled with all-natural ingredients to nourish you from the inside out. I often see people undereating so you may feel like you’re eating more than usual but it’s all about fueling your body!
The challenge starts January 8 so make sure you sign up here to join us!
You’ll get your meal plan the Friday before we start the challenge so that you can hit the grocery store and prep anything you need.
