Mango Matcha Smoothie Bowl

Here’s a little tropical pick-me-up that’s packed with body-loving nutrients!

Mango - contains vitamin C, vitamin A, and beta-carotene, which help fight free radicals in your body!

Matcha - also protects cells from free radicals while giving you a subtle caffeine boost.

Passion fruit - can help soothe sore muscles and improve sleep thanks to the magnesium and potassium found in this tart little fruit!

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 oz of unsweetened oat milk

  • 3-4 oz frozen banana

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder

  • 3-5 ounces of frozen mango

  • 2-3 oz of frozen riced cauliflower

  • 1 tsp of matcha powder

  • 65-70g avocado

Directions:

  • Blend oat milk, protien powder, matcha, banana, frozen riced cauliflower, avocado, and mango in a blender until smooth and creamy If you want a THICC smoothie like I do, use less liquid.

  • Top with 15g granola, 1 passion fruit, and 5-10g of coconut flakes!

If you’re having this smoothie bowl around your workout, omit the avocado because it could slow down digestion.

Macros: (top-end food ranges, no toppings) 30P/63C/15F

** You can omit the banana and just enjoy the mango for this smoothie bowl. It’ll still be creamy, I promise!
