7 Days of Stoke: Upper Body Pull Day!

It wasn’t until I went to Bali that I realized the importance of being able to paddle for a long time. Their lineup was farther out than I was used to and it was crowded! You must constantly be paddling to avoid getting hit, getting into position, not to mention catching your wave!

These are my favorite moves to improve upper-body pulling strength and endurance. We’re using higher reps today to focus on building muscle endurance and unilateral (single-side) movements to correct any strength imbalances.
