Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites

Let’s be honest, cookie dough is irresistible! This recipe serves up 7g of protein per bite and tastes so good! I like to have mine on a break while I’m training or surfing, or as a littel sweet treat to end the day.

Ingredients:

🌺 60g oat flour
🌺 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
🌺 1 tsp of pink salt
🌺 1tbs chia seeds
🌺 30g dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs
🌺 95g maple syrup
🌺 120g peanut butter (almond would also be good, you just a runny nut butter)

Directions:
Combine all dry ingredients first before adding in maple syrup and peanut butter. Stir until fully combined and it forms a dough that looks like cookie dough.
Using a tablespoon, scoop individual balls. This recipe yields 12-15.
